"I have had a very bad experience by the customer dealing staff of Technology Trade (Pvt) Ltd. I did not received the 30th dividend of ABL for which I had given an application for duplicate DV on 4th of November and still to date I have not received in spite of completing all the formalities in this regards. On telephonic follow up with your staff I was given vague reasons for the delay, which is very unprofessional. When I insisted to talk to someone senior and more responsible I was given a very rude reply. I feel, being a senior citizen who has invested a major portion of his savings in your securities, I should be given due respect."
