"I am really a big fan of your work! But very unhappy from your staffs attitude. I live in Australia and whenever I call at your parlour they always disconnect the call, without even hearing me out. They don't even realize where I am calling from and how much it costs me! I am really upset, they even don't know how to talk to customers. I called a few times and tried to ask them that I need to book an appointment for my wedding! I was rudely told that no appointments are available before two months and just disconnected my call. When I tried to complain on your Facebook page, your staff just blocks me, so i am not able to text you as well. I am not coming to your parlour now! If your people don't know how to respect customers then you don't deserve to get any services at least from me!!"
