"Horrible service and rude people. Totally spoiled my clothes and refused to even acknowledge their mistake. Rather told me that I didn’t know the colour of the clothes which I myself sent. When I insisted that they are wrong, they just hung up on me."

"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Of the three times that I dropped of my clothes to get cleaned, two of the times they were unable to deliver on time. Last week I dropped of 3 suits and the pick up date was 10th of July. I went there today 12th of July and my clothes were no where to be found and they told me to come back tomorrow. The branch manager kept making excuses regarding load shedding, shortage of staff etc, but not once did he apologize for the delay. I needed to wear the clothes today for a wedding but unfortunately I will have to find something else since I don't have my clothes. Total lack of professionalism and the manager just didn't care and kept himself busy on his cell phone looking through facebook as I could clearly see it. Never going back there ever again!"
