"Recently an advertisement was published in the newspapers for the post of senior computer teachers by the FDE. I applied for this position. At the day of the test all roads were blocked because of operation against the recent protests in the Faizabad area. Under such curfew like circumstances the FDE should have re-scheduled the test. But this never happened and many candidates such as myself missed this opportunity to earn a livelihood."
