"Today on 7th of August 2019 I bought a ticket for Toba Tek Singh from 26 number bus stop, Islamabad. First of all they asked me to pay for fare of Chistian. Then they gave me a printed ticket of Chistian with fare 1550 double written with blue ball point. Is this the purpose Skyways company to earn illegal money from customers during Eid holidays. Really shameful!!!"
"Skyways coach no. 5500 departure from Islamabad dated 10th of May 2018 at 2100 hours. Air conditioner worked for just one hour, then shut down till this time, now time is 0500 hours dated 11th of May 2018. Staff behavior very poor. I frequently travel on Skyways and have found their services to be overall up to my satisfaction. Most of the staff are very cooperative but few people have attitude issues resulting in a bad name for the company. My advise is to identify these people in your company and kick them out."
