"My brother-in-law got into an accident and his thigh bone was fractured. We went to the Emergency at Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi and they admitted us in the surgical ward, and told us not to give anything to eat to the patient, so we did the same as instructed. After a few hours past, no one came to check on him. When we asked the staff and the doctors to check him, all they said was to wait for the orthopedic doctor who was not available. After keeping him there for three days, without letting us give him anything to eat except some liquids, a doctor finally came and after checking him for five minutes declared that he cannot be treated here as Holy Family Hospital were out of the necessary apparatus required for this surgery. We were further told to shift the patient to Benazir Hospital. This is the standard of health services in this country. Our politicians boast to fighting CORONA virus like no one has done in the world. Only God alone knows how we survived the pandemic. The doctors here are completely irresponsible and casual without an iota of empathy for the poor suffering patients. They think they are divine and cannot be held accountable. Very sad state of affairs."

"Their OPD staff is so rude, especially the Pediatrics section where vaccination is done for infants. A few weeks back, the vaccination nurse gave two shots to my niece and she claimed she gave wrong shots and then gave the third shot to the three months old baby. Is there any value of a human life to such monster nurses? They should be removed, whole nursing staff needs to be changed."

Yesterday doctors treated ladies like animals, two of them gave birth on the floor of the labor room while one doctor was busy on the mobile and the other was shouting at a patient. No care no humanity, so sad these are ladies but couldn't understand the pain of other ladies especially in that condition. "
