"We booked our 2 weeks Umrah package with Premier Travel & Tours. We were told that we will leave on 15 January 2019. Today is the 15th of January 2019 and they even did not return our passports back till yet. They postponed the process for 1 week. Now they are saying that passport bag has been lost somewhere. Passport is not a toy that you can easily misplace it. Why they are running the agency if they cannot even manage the initial processes. They cannot secure the confidential documents, why they are playing with people like this? Really a most horrible experience!!!"
