"Dear Bonanza Team, I recently bought a sweater from your Galaxy Shopping Center, Faisalabad outlet on the 16th of Jan 2017. I am amazed and shocked to look at the quality of the BONANZA brand! My son wore the cloth only for a day and the sweater condition was very bad and rough. I visited BONANZA counter for complaining but very rude attitude of the staff who plainly told me that it is a very rare fault which comes in some of the products only. I hope you understand my complaint and improve your quality before losing valuable customers."

All worn out and lousy fabric! I have had the worst experience and massive humiliation buying Bonanza. My life's biggest mistake!! Do not ever buy Bonanza online or even from store without thoroughly checking the fabric 2 to 3 times. They are fraud cheat and most horrible company ever in Pakistan. I would suggest to buy local 1000 times better quality than Bonanza. I wish I could attach picture on this forum. I will on facebook and all other social media so that the world may know what sub-standard products they are selling!!!"
