"I booked a ride yesterday at 5:22 pm. Message displayed on screen showed arrival in 3 minutes. I called him at 5:28 pm that why he didn't reach and he said he will be there in 3 minutes. I said okay. I called again at 5:32 pm that what happened he said he is about to be there in a minute. At 5:34 he didn't pick up my call and message appeared that he canceled my ride. This resulted in me missing my booking with Airlift from Dolmen Mall, Hyderi. I called to customer service and talked with Mr. Abdullah, team leader and manager. I informed him what happened with me and I asked him to compensate me because this was purely Bykea's fault. He said I am checking and after minutes said NO HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. I asked him why because this was Bykea's fault and I suffered due to this but he said yes Bykea rider canceled the ride but we don't have compensation policy. Unbelievable!!!!"
