"Pathetic response, time and courtesy. In the night I checked in, and bed linen had bugs and caused severe skin itching and despite calling 4 times and waiting for one hour no one came to change the linen. In morning, today asked for iron and no one came after calling 4 times and I missed my meeting. No bath robs in bathroom and after asking for it they brought it after 30 minutes. This is the situation of this so called 5 star hotel in Karachi!"
