"Much disappointed as always.... Customer service is not good at all with hundreds of visits! Once forgot some medicines at the Blue Area, Islamabad branch, of quiet a good amount. They were never returned even after several complaints! Today again forgot my vegetables due to heavy crowd, missed to pick up from the vegetable sections after payment at the counter, F-10 branch! As I had reached home in I-8, it was difficult to return back so was trying to contact them. Interestingly no phone numbers on the receipt. So found on Google and have been trying... either busy or not being attended! D. Watson is such a large establishment with so many branches all over Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with thousands of daily visitors. They should have some sort of customer support contact which responds!! "
"Recently visited D.Watson Chemist, F-10 Markaz branch in Islamabad. I showed them my Doctors Prescription. Firstly they had only one syrup available from the list of 5 medicines. Secondly the cashier's attitude was totally out of line as he behaved very rudely and had no sense of how to deal with a customer. Very disappointed as did not expect such attitude!"
"I am terribly disappointed with D. Watson, Super Market branch. I had visited the branch on 19th of March 2013 and ordered for a Rayban frame and lenses suiting my eyesight number. I told them that I was travelling to the US and they said that it will take a month for them to prepare it and committed to send me the frame and lenses to my US address claiming that they have done so in the past with many clients. Also that it would reach me within a month or so. I made the complete payment of Rs. 31,000 and received an invoice number 017845 dated 19th March 2013. My frame and lenses HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET."
