"Had the worst experience of my life at Junaid Jamshed, Wah-Cantt outlet! I visited this outlet along with my five year old son to collect some garments which I had given for alteration. I parked my bike in the parking area in front of the outlet. But as I tried entering the outlet the security guard deployed outside started misbehaving with me in front of my son. His issue was that I cannot park my bike in the parking area which I could not understand! If a customer cannot park their vehicle in the parking area then what is the parking area for! Only later I realized the worst form of discrimination as I was informed that only cars are allowed to be parked there. The guard started pushing me and threatening me with his gun. The Manager of the shop came out and tried to resolve the matter but to my surprise the guard even refused to listen to him and kept his aggressive behaviour. Sir, is this your attitude with your customers? Are your security guards allowed to hit and shout at your customers? Do we come to your shop to be insulted? I am deeply hurt and disappointed and after this experience I would never shop at J. and would advise all decent people to also stay away from this brand!"
