"Worst service response. Takes several days to fix the internet if God forbid your fiber cable gets disconnected. Extremely poor coordination between on-the-ground technical team and support. Seems the company is underfunded and lacks cash flow. Most on ground team is outsourced and out of controls of the Storm Fiber. Result is delays, frustrations and no set time on when it will be fixed. Never ever take their services. Bandwidth is good but once disconnected, which is often, you loose both the Internet and the cable together."
"I had requested to shift my residential internet connection from 1st floor to the ground floor and the payment for the same was made on 15th of June 2021. I am still awaiting your team to do the job. How is your system any different from the standards of any local cable operators who uses ladders for such purposes and the job gets done within a day or two. Storm Fiber boasts of superior services but the truth is that all private cable operators are incompetent and are there to mint money and fool their clients. Anyways I would like to know by when will the shifting be made and save me from getting any more loss done to my work."
"Bad after sale service. In this 21st century this fiber optics company does not know the value of time. My complain yet not solved after 24 hours. No body has got in touch with me. Its better to install cable tv from local cable providers who have ladders and bikes and can resolve the issue rather than using these hifi expensive Stormfiber - they don't know where is their team and when will the problem be resolved. We pay more because of your brand name but you don't deserve."
