Dawn Group of Companies is a family owned group of companies committed to providing Pakistanis with nutritious and superior quality bread products.

Within a decade of our inception we have grown to capture 35% of the consolidated market share of all bread products in Pakistan, a fact which speaks volumes about how well consumers have connected with our product and our values.

Beginning with a plant in Karachi commissioned in Oct 1981, Dawn Bread built up a reputation for freshness, quality and taste. Creating awareness plus a demand for bread products, the second plant was commissioned in Islamabad in January 1985.

To keep up with the pace of demand another plant was opened in Hyderabad in Jan 1987, a year that was also to witness another plant in Lahore in November. In 1989 we established a plant in Multan. After consolidation of this expansion a sixth plant was opened in Faisalabad in Feb 1992.

Now our customers can find Dawn’s quality and freshness from the southern tip of Pakistan to the northern city of Peshawar, morning after morning.

For purpose of standardization the company associated itself with FMBRA of United Kingdom to bring itself in line with international standards of production, technology, machinery and formulation. Today all Dawn Bread plants boast of the latest machinery used in bread making process and are managed by senior food technologists with decades of experience.
