Before the establishment of ILHT Pakistan, hair transplant surgery procedures were non-existent in the country and people had to travel abroad to get surgical hair loss treatments which was not an affordable option for most of them.
Dr. Khan’s strong passion and commitment to bring this specific expertise of hair transplant surgery to Pakistan drove him to establish a state of the art, first hair transplantation facility in Lahore in 1995. At ILHT Pakistan we offer both FUE as well as FUT hair transplant surgeries. FUE is the most advanced hair transplantation method as it offers advantages such as minimal scarring, quicker recovery time and precise graft placement. However, FUT can provide a higher graft count in one session and may be more cost-effective for extensive restoration, though it does leave a linear scar.
PRP therapy for hair loss is also provided by ILHT Pakistan. PRP is a three-step medical treatment in which a person's blood is drawn, processed and then injected into the scalp. PRP therapy regrows and maintains ones own natural hair through a series of treatments over four to six months, and then two to three maintenance treatments a year.
