"NEVER BUY FROM INTERWOOD!!!!! My real rating would be worse than bad if possible. One of the worst experiences in shopping for furniture I have ever had. With their exuberantly expensive prices, you would think that the quality and service of Interwood is second to none. It is in fact second to all. I ordered a king size bed, a wardrobe and a children's desk and chair. Low quality, damaged furniture was delivered to me, not once but twice. Bed frame was scratched from all sides and their initial solution was to polish it and return. If I am paying top dollar for my furniture then I expect it to be in brand new, unused condition. Not used with an added layer of polish. They delivered the replacements for the damaged parts, wasting another day having to wait for the delivery, and again the new parts of the bed frame were scratched. Again their solution was to polish, which rendered me into a hulk like fury! How is this acceptable? Having already wasted enough time and with guests coming the next day I was forced to agree. Coming to the wardrobe, as with the bed, three parts of it were damaged upon arrival, which the fitters only noticed after having installed them. Again I complained and waited for another wasted day of delivery. Parts were delivered again and replaced and fitted onto the wardrobe. The wardrobe however, unlike the one we had seen in the showroom, was completely flimsy and shaking as if its going to fall apart when you close the sliding door. I mentioned this to the fitters and they said this is how it comes. Why didn't the one in the showroom move like this? Again I made a complaint to customer services, saying the issue would be handled by their designated team in the next few days. No response so I called again, noting how the first point of return is supposed to be you salesman, but my call was never answered and never called back despite maybe 10 calls over two weeks. Then I managed to get the number of a senior member of staff who said he would have my issue resolved immediately. Again 2 weeks went by and no reply or visit. By this point the wardrobe is actually falling apart with screws coming out and wooden planks out of place, as well as the headboard of the bed moving as if its supposed to be detachable. Note the bed has not even been used for a single night's sleep yet, as my guests couldn't make it and I specifically made a point to ask about the headboards stability when buying the bed and was told it's not going to move once installed by our expert fitters. What a joke! By this point I honestly felt as though I have been deceived and duped. I lastly called their specialist after sales team who has now promised me on 3 separate times to visit and solve my issue. Its now been close to three months since I ordered the furniture and no one has had the common courtesy or decency to call or follow up in regards to my concerns and problems. Lack of quality, fitting and most of all the worst after sales service I have ever seen in my life would have me advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Interwood to SERIOUSLY NOT TO!!!!! It would be like burning your money but with no light or warmth and far more stress."

My experience with them has been very bad as they collect your advance money and then take months and months to deliver, that too after so many calls to their head office.
